Space Dimension Controller precedes his album with a superb four track EP featuring the lead track from the album and three exclusive tracks.

The four tracks on this EP show the breadth of talent as well as the attention to detail that people have come to expect from a SDC EP. The title track channels some classic Egyptian Lover electrofunk, ‘While I Was Away’ delivers lush ambient electronica.  ‘It’s a Cold Planet Without You’ continues with some of the funky IDM last seen on his ‘Pathway To Tiraquon6 EP’ and ‘Music For Spaceports’ pays homage to classic Eno.  All four tracks could be seen as deleted scenes from the full space opera of the album, so adding this EP to the album basically gets you the directors cut.
